Uhf, In A Movie Theater?

i love mythbusters! but Al is cooler!

I'll be at the Music Box tonight (Friday)! and possibly tomorrow (Saturday) as well... Hey it's not everyday UHF is on the big screen.

If you're going, have fun! I hope it's successful. I know of two movie theaters in Manhattan that have "Midnight Movies". If it is a success , they may wish to emulate the Movie Box.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to make it there tonight. However I will be there for sure tomorrow!

ok so i went, when it started there was 15 ppl, though it filled up more after, and never got a count, but seemed like a decent crowd, its in the smaller theater, so it felt like we were watching franks 2000 in screen tv, all in all it was good, and they used film, i thought maybe it would of been dvd, i didnt know if any prints were still left, if your in the area sat or next fri sat, do go, it was good to see it larger than life, if not you may still have a chance next yr, as im still working out my deal with my rocky theater, which will be a BIGGER screen

I wonder if it will be in the bigger theater tonight... I guess it depends on how many Sci-Fi Spectacular tickets were sold.

The really cool thing is that Kevin McCarthy will battle aliens in Invasion of the Body Snatchers at 3:35 P.M. as part of the Sci-Fi Spectacular. Then, 33 years later, he'll be battling Al in UHF at midnight.
