I honestly don't think that we'll ever get it released. I mean, OOMO seems like it was played during the very, very early part of Al's career; i.e. the part where people weren't obsessing over every song and recording the concerts that he does, because hey, he's not gonna last! He's a parodist!
As for Jon having a recording, AFAIK Jon doesn't record the shows. Sure he has pretty much all the Al memorabilia in existence, but of all the concert recordings I've heard, it's all the fans doing, and like I said before, people weren't recording his concerts. Plus, I also seem to recall Jon being asked about it, and pretty much saying "I don't remember the lyrics for it"
There's also the fact that if it did have a recording, we'd have at least seen some lyrics for it. I mean, there's lyrics sites that have every song's that people have heard lyrics on it, but not one of them have OOMO on it. We've basically heard every Al song that's been recorded, why not this?

I know it was on this forum, but I cant find it. I'm pretty sure Bermuda said he only played it with Al only once or twice, and didn't remember the lyrics. HE didnt elaborate at all. For all we know it could be Al's first ten minute epic, or as short as IICMLTAB.
Talking about music is like fishing about architecture- FZ

I found where he says that it ain't gonna appear. It was actually in two of the chats, back in '05 and '06:
And then in a later chat:
So, yeah... I don't think we're ever going to hear it.

<Bermuda> Yep, I performed it with Al in 1981... once.
<Bermuda> Not something I could take the time and list here though
<Bermuda> And I don't know if Al would appreciate unreleased lyrics being posted
And then in a later chat:

<bermuda> That was a song that we perfomed probably only once or twice in my very early days with Al (I think June 1981...)
It's a silly, Tom Lehrer-type song, although looking back, no more edgy or suggestive than Wanna B Your Lover, for instance.
I doubt it will ever see the light of day though...
