Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

Post by Teh Dingo »

The second season of King of the Hill DVD set comes out on November 11, containing the episode "The Son that Got Away" featuring Hank's infamous speech to Bobby about Al.

Yeah, but on DVD you can watch it anytime (although I don't like to hear Hank talk about something bad happening to our Al).

I like the whole irony of the situation. Here's Hank Hill, the most staid guy you'll ever meet, talking about Weird Al, the most animated guy you'll ever meet, as if Hank's an authority on the subject. I think it's brilliant.

For the longest time I had printed out the quote "He's not worth getting into trouble over. "Weird Al" Yankovic blew his brains out in the late 80's when people stopped buying his albums." and posted it in my cubicle at work. That single quote got more comments than any other thing I've ever posted in my cube.

Although, come to think of it, my Harry Potter calendar got quite a few comments. People kept asking me if Ron was my son. :dontgetit:
