I would love to see Al on MadTV! I was watching it last night and I thought a sketch with Keegan Micheal Keys' "Eugene" character would be funny. I could see Eugene stumbling onto Al and the band rehearsing and telling Al that he takes things to a "whole 'nother level". Or one with Keegan's Coach Hines character with Al as another teacher would be funny too. Or maybe even have Al revive good ol' Fred Huggins for a sketch which he can make even edgier since it's on late-night tv and not a kid's show.

That would be so cool! If Al were on MadTV, I'd DIE of happiness! :D

I'd love to see something with the Fred Huggins character. He was creepy and hilarious, but the things he could do on a more mature/adult type show like MAD would be genius.

Had the Weird Al Show been a smash success, I think Fred Huggins could've warranted his own movie. Kind of the equivalent of Pee Wee's Big Adventure; an epic road movie where Fred ventures out into the REAL world on a quest for truth in the universe. And he drags the Boolies along with him.
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn...that's alright because I like the way it hurts...

Talk shows like "Montel" and "Dr. Phil" usually have kind of depressing subject matter but wouldn't it be great if they did a show about the healing power of laughter and featured Al as a guest? There are so many people, including myself, that have been helped by Al's music during tough emotional times. Sometimes people are dismissive of Al's work, thinking it's just "comedy songs" but maybe if they saw how much those songs have helped people over the years, they'd change their minds. Plus, it would show people what a nice guy Al is since he's stated that it makes him feel good that his music helps people. It would definitely be a refreshing change of pace from the usual "bad celebrity behaviour" stories that make the headlines.

That is an awesome idea :)

If not for Al I'd be living a VERY different life right now.

God, if it weren't for Al, I wouldnt be living AT ALL right now!

It would be awesome for people to see that not all celebrities are anal retentive snobs who treat fans horribly and give nothing. Al's a total breath of fresh air. Its fantastic to see a celeb who actually APPRECIATES his fans and I reckon people would respect him more for it.

Or bring on another UHF. :Y
