If you want to search for subtle things and then count them, look for appearances by sandwiches on the Video Library. Mostly in the first few videos, a very similar sandwich appears. I haven't watched it in a while, but I think the number is somewhere from four to six.
So when exactly did Jim's long hair decide it didn't want to tour any longer?
Sometime between the end of the '97 BHT and RWS.

Hehe- Yea. I remember being shocked when I saw the first pics of the guys working in the studio for RWS (or it might have been when they did the fake Unplugged promos). I was like, "Ah! Jim cut off his pretty hair!"
When it was really long, it did this cool bouncy thing onstage.
So does "Musical Mike" do weddings and bar mitzvahs? Does he play those musical hands for a living, or does he have a more boring job? Does anyone know him?
Enquiring minds like mine wanna know.
Well, if he does, it'll be quite an odd entrance at my wedding.

Good thing there's still one head of bouncy hair onstage.

You must be planning on marrying an extremely tolerant girl.
I think my favorite subtleties were in LAS...the line from the Three Stooges short "Men In White" at the beginning ("Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine, Dr. Howard..."), and the episode of "George of the Jungle" playing on the screen...
