Thanks for the review. Beaniegirl! Glad you and your friend had a good time. It is fun to go with a frist timer. My sister went with me last tour to a show. It was her first time. She really enjoyed it, and we both got to meet Al. It took me about four shows before I got to meet him *after a concert, that is*, so she was lucky! Anyway, sorry you forgot your camera. Sounds like seomthing I would do. How dare someone mispronounce Al's last name when asking about a Weird Al concert.
OE's comeback would have been perfect!

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

I have to say that I was a little disappointed seeing the show from the balcony. Perhaps the theatre isn't built for such things, but if I didn't know exactly what Al was saying or signing, I had a hard time understanding him.
Like I didn't realize he was playing "Radio, Radio".
That said, it was great to see another of his concerts. Radio Radio made me think how cool it might be to hear an album of Al doing covers.

Thanks for the review Beaniegirl!
You should have sent that guy on a wild goose chase, just for fun.

It was so strange that whole scene with that scary dude! He was all scraggley and raggedy looking. Funny thing was my friend and I immediately went into "protect & defend" mode for the band.
Ninja Warrior!! HIIIIIYYAAAHHHH! So we lied. How protective huh? But at least he never found the guys.
On yet another odd side note: Did the whole road trip thing this weekend without a problem - and wrecked my car yesterday not too far from home. I'm o.k. and so is the other driver but kinda gives new meaning to "Why Does This Always Happen To Me?" UGH!
Hope everyone has a groovy day!
