I'm home. It was great! I couldn't have asked for better seats. Al was very energetic. He really had me laughing really, really hard a few times as opposed to the rest of the show where I was just laughing really hard. CAn't post much more. Gotta get the kids up for skool in the morning so I need to get to bed. I will say this though, I got the Nirvana cup and Al signed it.

I had so much fun. It was great to meet you finally, Nancy. I wish I could have helped more. Luv you Kaffy!

I'm gonna post pretty quick too.
Made it home about 10 minutes ago, and I'm being shown all this nascar stuff by my significant other. lol

Anyhow, we go t to the show just a little bit before it started. Talked with Nancy for a while and left Jenni's tickets with Nancy because I wasn't sure when Jenni would be showing up. Gave my friend an extra ticket that another pal of mine had so she was able to get in and have a seat because the ticket from my other source was late. So unfortunately we never got to meet A.J.

Our seats were freakin' kick butt though!! Front Center! Wow. haha!

Anyhow, Nothing really unusual happened .. the crowd was actually pretty lame. Must be the school? LOL But in places where you would clap and cheer... dead silence. It was almost like pulling teeth for them to clap for songs etc. Oh but we were cheering. We were screaming at everything! LOL

We had Anchovie donuts.. and some other ones.. there were 13 all together as my friend pointed out to me. LOL

During one point in Albuquerque, After he had the weasels on his face he was standing so close to the edge it looked as if he was going to fall off. And then he hopped down right in front of my feet and was squirming all over hte floor and screaming that these weasels were on his face. LOL Omg. I was laughing sooooooooo hard i had tears in my eyes. I don't know how many times he was screaming, but it seemed like he was going on and on and on and on and on.. yeah, you get the point. LOL

He looked directly at me when he tossed the nirvana water onto us. lol

Oh! I smell like Fritos, so thats why he was giving me his hungry stare

We had the troopers and Darth Vader, and 2 little guys.. that I have NO CLUE as to what/who they were.. they looked like aliens. LOL They were in all black and had these tubes sticking out of their helmets.. Heck. I have no idea what they were..any help anyone??

Anyhow, the show was fantastic. Nancy, it was rockin' sitting next to you again..

and Again, got to go backstage and chat Al up. He asked me, so you have 4 shows left? And I corrected him.. 5 LOL I told him I'd see him tomorrow night and he said ok!! Got a big bear hug from him.. and we took a group shot with him too. Yay! So when I get that picture I'll post it.

Unfortunately, the camera nazzi's were out. and we were not able to take pictures of the show..not even with camera phones. *sigh*

Great show!! Love you too, Jenni.. and you too Jana!! Our good luck little charm

Jenni, I appreciated your help (and Jana's, too) and it looks like we picked up another 200 + signatures. This venue treated us well, they had a nice table set up and I was inside gathering names before the doors to the auditorium opened.

My favorite parts of the show were Al fighting off the weasels at our feet instead of on stage, watching Steve and Ruben singing along and goofing off during Drive-Thru, Jim being sent to time out after his guitar solo and having an unbeatable view of Jon all night long. I could actually see his face and watch him play, wish this had been a camera friendly venue. Oh, Al waving to Fred during Albuquerque was great, too!

I met Julie tonight (a friend of Greg's is a friend of mine!) after the show. We hung around the bus together with a rather smallish crowd, and later we ran into each other again and had a ridiculously late dinner.

Jon and Al, thanks for being so kind and generous with your time tonight.

Fred being spotted by Al while she was taking pictures down in pit right up against the stage was great... He stopped the song and was looking at her.. and then he posed and waved at her.. hahaha Yeah, Nancy, I have to agree, that was the best

I"m so hot I melt the elastic in his underwear. Jana's friend is absolutely perfect...you know the rest. HEHE. Stephen was hilarious. There was a couple of times that he and I had some sort of weird Staring contest. We just kept looking at eachother and making weird goofy smiles. He's great.

Oh how I wish we could have taken pictures. I had the perfect view of EVERYONE!

The best part had to be when Al jumped down with weasels on his face. It may be tied with Jim being sent to the corner though. Al was just a riot all night.

I have to agree that the crowd was dead for the most part. I was like "Come on people! Don't you get the jokes?" I'm hoping that seeing all of us rabbid fans in the front will encourage him to come back next tour.

Also, I had painted my arm and Jana's before the show. I don't know if Al noticed it or not. I was just geekin' so hard when I was talking to him I forgot to show it too him. I'll post a picture of it and send it in to Jon. Maybe it will make to the gallery. I think it's pretty original.

I know Jana's favorite part was Al on the segway. I'm sure she'll post something about the show too. I also know that she'll have to come with me to all my future shows. She seems to be a bit of a good luck charm!

That's about all I hace to add right now. I'm sure I'll think of something later. AIH is pretty strong right now. Hehe.
