I think this time I'm just gonna enjoy the concert--I might tape some of it though... :lookaround:

I've never been a fan of scones, but I will have one of those other fried fair treats that I only subject myself to once a year.

I usually went for an Earthquake burger to ensure I wouldn't lose too much energy while cheering.

This was a great concert, I scored 4th row seats. Ears still numb...

I didn't realize Al had changed his encore from the star wars songs to Albuquerque. That was a great way to finish things off.

The fact that he did Albuquerque is a total shock to me. Especially since it's my daughter's favorite song.

Oh how I wish I could have gone.

Great show tonight! The crowd was REALLY into it this year. During the ENTIRE encore the crowd stood the WHOLE time. Very cool. Al and the band had great energy as Al got a standing ovation when Polkarama started and then during the encore the crowd remained standing the whole time.

During TSB we had stormtroopers and bubbafet and another character can't remember what it was.

I didn't take any pictures this time was nice just to listen and watch. Oh ya new stage manager...he didn't seem to fit in though had all these tattoos and such :P Made an interesting ho...

The people around us though were constantly laughing so cool to listen to other people's reactions :D

WDTAHTM was played tonight--that song rocks live. Didn't stay for a meet and greet because last year it was waisted time and I figured if he didn't do it last year at the fair why this year. :P Besides we had a 3 hour drive home so figured we'd get going ASAP.

Ryan nice meeting ya again! Did your friend enjoy the concert? He seemed to be laughing at parts :)

Again sorry for leaving so fast had to get going haha.

I was one of the troops again last night and the other character you forgot was a Snowtrooper (my wife, Heather). I won't tell her. ;-)
There was also Vader right in the middle, but I'm guessing you probably saw him.

Albuquerque is one of my favorite (if not my favorite) songs of all time, so it was awesome to hear it live once again. I remember reading one of the Q&As on his site where he said he had only sang it once and had a sore throat for three days after....so it's awesome to see it being part of the show now. I also really liked the exanded donut questions. Those were great.

Now...if only I could hear Hardware Store live, I think my life would be complete.

I had hoped to head up to Vancouver this Friday just to watch the show at the River Rock, but by the time I got around to trying to buy tickets, they were already sold out. I'm going to try and catch at least one more stop on this tour in the Northwest from the seats. Maybe two.

We had a photographer there last night taking tons of pictures, so I'll post those here as soon as I get them back from him. He said hopefully by sometime this weekend. In the meantime, I'd love to see everyone else's pics (if you took any).

Man, I didn't mean to offend anyone here, but my memories of the stormtroopers from the show in Puyallup two years ago far outshine what I saw last night.

Still, kind of neat that Al remembered to invite you all back this time around.
