hey im not sure if this is the right spot to ask this, but since it says headline news i figure i'd ask.
well i was watching the video for headline news yesterday, and i noticed that during the video, (i think its the part where the kid from singapore is signing autographs for his book,) this person with really curly black hair comes up to him and gives him a book to sign. since they only show the back of the person and his/her hair is kind of at their shoulders, i was wondering if maybe that person was al?

If you're talking about the person in the blue plaid shirt, it might be, although I think Al's hair was either curlier than that or straighter (since he had it straightened or wore a straight-hair wig for the video). By the height and shoulders I'd say it was definitely a man, though.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

I just watched the video, and though it could possibly be Al, I doubt it. There's a weird curl thing on top of the head and the hair, though curly, is a bit short for Al at that time. There's a slight possiblity that it could he him, though.

Al wound up putting huge curlers in his hair to straighten it for the video. I don't think he would have played a dual role in it since he did that. It's all mentioned in the Box Set on vh1.com. hehe, I remember him talking about directing the video with the curlers in his hair. People didn't want to take him seriously, and they called him "Curlerhead".

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!
