I got over to the Celeste Center around 6:30. Waited around for a bit, while listening to the house mix of pre-show music and met Kevin when he showed up. We chatted awhile, and then after a commercial Fun Zone hit.
It was really cool at this show. I was 4 rows right in the center directly in front of Al. So, it was a perfect seat. I was also right under the huge video screen, which throughout the night offered the different views that you get from those types of screens, and even had a PIP of the interpreter. She was so funny to watch sometimes throughout the night. It was also cool to see giant versions of the videos right above me.
The Canadian Idiot streamers blew right above me, although I was able to catch an I'll Sue Ya dollar, and a ton of confetti blew over on me.
Canadian Idiot for some reason was extremely awesome at this place. Not sure if it was just the placement of where I was or what, but it was the best looking performance I had seen of it. The rest of the concert was normal, except for Ruben missing a keyboard part in a song, but it was interesting that Steve filled it in on guitar. Bob was performed at this show.
After the concert was a really great experience. I really didn't expect much here since the busses were fenced in, it was so hot, and the band has to get on to Wilmington tomorrow. However, I first got to see Jim out by the main gate. Then, the fireworks show started as I was standing there, and in the middle of it, I looked over to my left and Ruben was standing there. So, we watched the rest of the show together. I then met Steve at the fence where he was signing autographs for people. Got to see Suzanne and Nina who had just gotten there according to Al when I met him around 20 minutes later. He came from the backstage area, and got on the bus. He then got back off quickly, came over, and signed autograhs. I had him sign my ticket for around the 10th time. Al laughed, and said "Again, man, I liked that flat last time. Alright, let's do something different." He then proceeded to sign my ticket, on the back and upside down.

This turned out to be such a better night than I thought it would be. The heat was quite a factor burning up after it, but it was worth it with the Weird Al Experience again..and again...
9 days until Youngstown...can't wait!
