Al On "Transformers: Animated" Series

Apparently, Al will be voicing a Junkion in the upcoming Transformers: Animated series. Confirmed by David Kaye*, one of the other voice actors, in a panel at BotCon**

* Voice of Beast Wars/Machines Megatron, Armada/Energon/Cybertron Megatron, and Optimus Prime in the upcoming series.
** aka Official Transformers Fan Convention.

So this must be the animated project that Al has been alluding to recently...

And if this should be in Media Al, could a mod please move it?

Wow, this is awesome news! I'm guessing this casting is a reference to the fact that Dare To Be Stupid was used as the Junkion's theme song in the Transformers Movie?

Unsurprisingly, the panelist mentioned what a great guy Al is, and also unsurprisingly, the audience seemed really enthusiastic about the news of his guest role.

So Al is going to play a garbage truck. I wonder if they will throw in an Al song like they did with the old transformers movie. Maybe Trash Day perhaps? Ok bad joke.
