I found out recently I won't be able to go! WAAAAHHHH!!!

My hubby has to have surgery and will be bedridden at the time of the show.

But we WILL be at the Ohio State Fair show

Since you and I are both in section B, how about I meet you at the door to sign the petition? I'm assuming each section has its own door, of course, but if not, I'll still meet you at the door. I'll be there 90 minutes or so early (I'm leaving home with plenty of time to get there, because I've never been there before).

I think if all of us WOWAYers stick together after the show, we would definitely have a better chance at a meet n greet, especially with all our badges. Might be able to fool the security into thinking we were special or something, the 'elect' of Al fans.

I DO think the badges mean something to SOME people....maybe not security folks, but to those who know what WOWAY is....AND who sometimes grace the board with their presence. But I'm not naming names....

As for meeting up after the show....I think we'll be meeting up before the show, hopefully to sign the petition!

But....for the hope of seeing Al at the bus, yes, we should stick together, as long as we don't look like a swarthy gang of unrulies. Well, I'm out on that one! I'm swarthy and my nephew might be unruly.

What time do you plan on getting to the venue? I wanna try and get there in time for the soundcheck, which I'm figuring will happen around 3 or so (since the concert starts at 8 ).

Yup. and not surprisingly, it's my favorite season (even though I was born in august)

If anyone is going to this show and wants some of the Star Fund earrings, let me know, because I'll have to get started on them no later than wednesday to have them ready by friday.
