I'm thinking there's an excellent chance that a meet and greet will happen, especially since Al only has to be in Indiana the next day. It won't be a long drive.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

Well, i bought the closer tickets.

If anyone knows anybody intereted in the other tickets in row H... please let me know. I'll probably end up puting them on Ebay or stubhub.com ( thank you Bruce the Duck), if I have no offers or anything soon. I'm willing to sell them as two groups of two tickets to different people.. or 4 tickets to just one person.

I took a real chance going ahead and buying two sets of tickets, but I've been too obsessed with getting good seats for this concert for YEARS now I just couldn't help it.

I really hope there's a meet and greet. That would make my life complete, or at least on a higher level of happiness. I am working on a drawing to give to him, hopefully he'll like it.

I hope to see you all there. ;)

I'm in row FF!
Yay!!!

Yup. I'm with you there.

This will be the first time I've EVER been this close at an Al concert. Just think! We might even get Al's spit on us during SLN! :P

I would love to have Al spit on me... maybe I'll be lucky enough to catch the cup. :D

I'm very happy for you about being able to get closer this concert. I've never been so excited.

I really hope I'm one he picks during WBUL. How amazing would that be?
I'm getting all hot and bothered just thinking about it. LOL.

I wanna know what Jedimom is going to give him! ????

I made such a fool of myself when we got to meet him. All I could say was, "I just love you!" He was so polite and said "Thanks!"

That's a good point, accordion Mom.

I've never met Al before, and this time I am determined to do so. But I have absolutely no idea what I'd say. Considering he probably reads the forum, I'd probably tell him who I was. And that I'm a big fan (yeah, like he hasn't already heard that a bajillion times. But beyond that, what do you say?

Anyone have any suggestions? What should you say when you meet Al that won't make you look like a complete schmuck-on-wheels.

I'm in the same boat as you are, Jeremy. I'm bound and determined to meet him during this tour, but I can't imagine what I'll say. I'll probably come up with something witty, but who knows what I'll actually end up saying. I just hope I can get more than three words out.

I've been wanting to meet Al for so long!
I'm definently determined to do that on this trip. I'm am indeed very nervous about it though. I mean I'm not good with talking to people anyways... and I can't imagine how rediculous I'll be acting when I meet AL!!!

I've been trying to figure out what to say for about 8 years now, and the closest I've come to figuring it out is to faint and drool extensively. Probably not a very good impression.

Good luck to everyone else on coming up with something to say to him.
There's so much pressure.

I've heard he is SO nice when you meet him, and I'm not especially worried he'll be mean to me. I'm just worried about making myself into a big goober.

Do you think Al really reads over the forum?

Wanna make a plan to meet up and DEMAND we meet Al after the show? :D
