Here are a few 27's from Monday. We had a 6 hour power outage from 1-7 pm because these people clearing brush and cutting down trees on some property just down the road from me managed to cross some wires on the equipment they were using. This caused a transmitter to blow. The fire chief came to talk to my husband about turning off our main power, and said the wires along my side of the street were all still hot and dangerous. Traffic was redirected as well. Anyway, the fire chief had a work helmet with the number 27 painted on it.

I went shopping that day, and bought 27 items at the store.

Btw, getting closer to that 27 lb. weight loss. I'm at 24.5 right now.

My mom apparently bought a 27 inch clock yesterday. Why, I don't know.

In my bowling game (Not to steal Patti's 27), I had bowled a 27. I know, I know a 27 is a bad score, but thinking about it, I hadn't eaten for 30 hours (30 hour famine for the kids around the world without food) and it was past midnight. It was also funny because on the board, the names were only shown by the first letter. The letters (In order) were S, M, C, A, L. Pretty good Al night...

I notice 27's all the time when I'm working now. Seems like every other customer has the number 27 in their total or their change. Funny isn't it?

I also seem to look at the clock right when it's 27 minutes past.

Bruce's post just above mine has a 27 in it too! What are the odds of that? That's pretty odd.

Is this something you chose to do, or did it just happen that you didn't eat for 30 hours?

hehe, ALPOTO, 27 is pretty bad, but I understand. Btw, last night, I had a score of 27 in the second frame of game 1 on my league. *I wound up with a 168, which is 25 pins over my average.* So close!

ETA: Look at the time I posted this message.

I chose to do it with my friend and her church group(even though I'm Jewish), and boy was it hard. I just listened to Al a lot but avoided the food songs. Spam was never so appetizing...
