I think April is the month they might use for an European leg , but nothing is sure.jbracciante @ Feb 14 2007, 05:42 PM wrote: What happened to June dates? He could always do the Europe tour in there...

At least he'll be in the U.S. for your birthday, Fred. The last date on the Australian tour is one day before mine. Ah, well. I got to meet him backstage one day after my birthday last tour. Did I remember to tell him about that fact? No. It was still an awesome experience that I'll never forget.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

Is it true?? Al's really coming to Baltimore?????
*faints*
Ram's Head Live, in the Power Plant, is an awesome venue! I want tickets NOWNOWNOW!!
Does this announcement mean it's confirmed/set in stone/really going to happen?
Pardon my giddiness....*dances around the room*
Just did some checking. RHL is a 21+ venue, since they have an on-site tavern. Interesting...

I'm sure Al and Bermuda would not post a date on The Mothership unless it was 100% confirmed. They certainly don't want to disappoint anybody. It's interesting that it's a 21+ venue. I wonder if the venue will be changed because of that. I know that was done one other time when the venue was 21+.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

The RHL site did say that sometimes that policy is changed, I would assume depending on the act. So I think there won't be a problem. I'm monitoring the site, waiting for an announcement, when I guess we'll know for sure. It wouldn't affect me, as I'm...ahem...over 21, but I hope, for the sake of Al's younger fans, that the policy will indeed be changed. I might even call them tomorrow, or when all this stupid ice melts. I hate winter!

A different show every night is pretty much impossible for a show with as many lighting effects, video elements and costume changes as Al's show has. It's the tradeoff for having a multimedia extravaganza-- it needs extensive rehearsal and veeery careful timing.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.
