It only helps if you then tell us where your MySpace page is. Hint, hint.

jibjab.com has a downloads store, and while the video isn't on there yet, I bet it will show up before too long.

And once again, we find that Al's professional path is LITTERED with old friends. Or maybe I should say "bedecked." At any rate, he sure does seem to have a lot of them.CatraDhtem @ Nov 16 2006, 05:19 PM wrote: Mindless trivia: The suspect on the end that everyone believes looks like Jay is actually celebrated cartoon historian Jerry Beck.
Jerry plugged the video this morning on his Cartoon Brew blog.

"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

It's a site where others can submit stuff, but they have their own team that produces videos, such as this one. I'm not sure who's "people" asked who first, all I know is that this was a production from the JibJab team, not comissioned out.

Bet you wouldn't run screaming if you saw your name there, either!

Here's a Taylor Hicks fan's response to the JibJab video.
Here's another one (be SURE to read the comments!)
And here's yet another, coming all the way from Monterrey, Mexico apparently. I'll translate it for those of you who haven't been keeping your Spanish skills honed by daily listening to "Taco Grande."

Video: The dragging of you outward
Well, the news is that another video of one of my favorite singers, Weird Al Yankovic, is available now on the Net, interpreting the song, "Do I Creep You Out?" from his new album "Straight Outta Lynwood" which is a parody of the song "Do I Make You Proud?" by Taylor Hicks, one of the winners of "American Idol."
This time, Weird Al collaborated with the JibJab people, famous for doing several politically-tinged online videos, parodying George W Bush, Wal-Mart, etc., with their special characteristic of using cutout photos of the characters in question.
The video is cool, although other Weird Al songs (and other JibJab videos) make me laugh more. Here it is. [link to video]
For sure, when I was trying to find a translation for the title of the song, Babelfish gave me such a funny translation that I decided to put the whole thing up as the title of this post.
