Al and W&N have been nominated in the "Big Download" category for the VH1 Big in '06 Awards...and we get to vote for him!

The awards will be presented on December 3. In the meantime VH1 will set up online voting so folks can pick the winners.

Al has some pretty big competition to square off against...Fergie, OK Go, Lonely Girl Fifteen, and that pillar of the music industry, David Hasselhoff.

According to the press release, viewers can go to a special VH1 web site to vote in all the categories from October 25 to December 1, but at the moment it looks like simply a placeholder page, so that will probably change sometime later today (I hope).

Wouldn't hurt to start bugging VH1 to get Al to perform at the show, either :F

I keep getting an error about the script in Macromedia Flash causing my computer to become unresponsive. I've tried for about half an hour and looks like I'll have to wait until I get the faster connection at work to do any voting. <_<

MTV & VH1 are just too fancy for their own good.
