This video is excellent! Very fascinating! :) It's great from beginning to end.

(And as much as I enjoy seeing this video, I hope Al doesn't share too much! There are already a lot of people who'd like to copy what he does and he shouldn't tell too many of his secrets.)

...Is it bad I watch this on a daily basis? :S Oh well!

I LOVE the part where Suzanne hears the weasel noises for the first time too Patti, it's so nice to see Al laughing so hard, and to hear her laughing too...just a very cute moment... :inlove:

It's just fascinating to watch Al "work." There's really no way to capture the writing of a parody on film, but watching him record just made me feel like I was there...I find things like that absolutely fascinating, and I probably could've watched hours more of that footage..:D

BTW, what does Lisa Popeil look like? I've been trying to find her in the video..and so has Al...;)

Lisa's the tall gal with the sorta curly/wavy hair. They show her alone at one point, singing a line from "Weasel Stomping Day". She's also standing next to the shorter gal with dark hair, singing back-up on "Don't Download This Song".

You noticed Suzanne laughing in this? Just from Al looking toward the camera? Never thought of it that way. I just love his laugh! I'l have to watch again.

*I watch it daily, too. It's entertaining, and Al looks so wonderful. That hair looked so gorgeous. :inlove:
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

It's too bad they didn't include the filming of White & Nerdy. I would have really liked to see that.

Well, people did say that they were interviewed for something at the video shoot. Perhaps a "Making Of" feature will be included whenever this video makes it onto DVD.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I really, really love this video. I've watched it many times.

My biggest first impression was how the band looked. Recently, we've seen Al on TV occasionally, but haven't seen Jon, Jim, or Steve. My overall reaction is that it's great to see them and they look well-rested and healthy. Not a day older. And like they've been eating their veggies!

I am also fascinated with how things are made. Any behind the scenes stuff or "the making of" videos always capture my attention. I don't play an instrment, so it's all foreign to me. Intersting how all the pieces come together and how compuer oriented the whole process has become.

I've seen all three of TBITB you mentioned in person fairly recently (separately, not together, unless you count Jon and Leslie showing up to eat breakfast and listen to Jim play slack key at Bob's) and they are indeed flourishing.

For you SoCal folks who can stay up late on a week night, Jim is playing at Genghis Cohen's (I don't have the address handy, but Google does)on Oct 9. [/shameless plug]
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Patti, you can HEAR her laughing...I'm pretty sure it's her, from what I've heard of her voice...it's not very loud, but I didn't see any other females in the room..Al laughs first, then you can hear her, then a bunch of other people chime in...I really think it could be her..

or else I'm just OCD and generally too hopeful...take your pick... :S
