From the mothership, Al and TBITB recorded 2 songs on 7/22, these are I'm guessing the Cham. parody and the Taylor Hicks parody. So the Hicks song was recently added maybe to add a song in the same genre of Blunts 'You're Beautiful' after it was yanked off the ALbum.

Psst, YF, you forgot the most obvious: "Do I Sing Too Loud?" I know that "bake" rhymes with "make", but it doesn't make sense. Anyway, that one just came to me.

Haha, but that is why I said SILLY predictions. I don't expect Al to pick any of those ideas I posted.

Is it possble that the Talor Hicks "Parody" could be the polka? Maybe a medly of the songs he sung on the show? It could be called "Polka Patrol!" instead of "Soul Patrol!"

I don't think he'd list Taylor Hicks with the other parodied artists if he were basing the polka medley on his AI songs. I think Al is trying to keep the polka medley a secret. He's gotta have at least one, right? It does sound like a good idea for a polka medley, though.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Again, I highly doubt it. On the Mothership, it says it's a parody. It makes sense. We know we have six originals and Al mentioned five parodies on the Mothership. That makes 11 songs. We know there are 12, so the song that hasn't been mentioned is most likely the polka. I don't think Al would have said that there was a Taylor Hicks parody on the album if it was a polka.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

that would be neat, because it would be kinda like just a bunch of classics polka'ed.

I doubt that. If you think about that means that before YP was yanked, the parodies would be: YP, GD parody, R. K parody, and Usher parody. That`s only 4. The only time Al has had 4 parodies was Alapalooza. I think that it started off as 6 originals, the parodies mentioned above, and WaN. I think that two recorded recently were TH parody, and the polka.

I just listened to DIMYP and i would be so happy if he parodied that song...if you can't tell, I really didn't like the song.

Aside from YP, there was one song recorded on April 4th, and two songs recorded on July 22nd.

The Taylor Hicks parody is definitely one of the July 22nd ones.

Ridin' was the #1 hit in June 2006. It first reached the top 10 in May. I'm not even sure it was a top 40 hit by April 4th? It's possblie that Al recorded this one on April 4th, but he would have had to have pretty good foresight that this was going to be a hit. (Which wouldn't surprise me)

Here's my wild arsed guess,

2-19-06 Usher Parody
2-19-06 R Kelly Parody
2-19-06 Green Day Parody
4-12-06 Polka
4-12-06 You're Pitiful
7-22-06 Chamillionaire Parody
7-22-06 Taylor Hicks Parody
