Still doesn't mean the song can't be "Al!"

Well, it doesn't have to rhyme with "Yeah" necessarily, it's just that with his parodies the chorus usually rhymes (or at least comes REALLY CLOSE to a rhyme, like "Fat" and "Bad") with the original chorus. In fact, it may be that he keeps the chorus intact like he did with "Headline News."algonacchick @ Jul 18 2006, 02:33 PM wrote: Who said the chorus had to rhyme with "Yeah"?
I like the idea of a song called "Al!"

Btw, Usher reminds of a young Ben Vereen, although Ben is a much better dancer. I can see what the appeal is when it comes to that.
Haha, I didn't get that at first. I thought you meant that all the fans could start singing it at the same time during a concert...shakespeare234 @ Jul 18 2006, 08:14 PM wrote: Maybe if we team up our brains we can will it to happen.
It certainly would sound awesome in concert.
All the more reason for him to start!Bruce the Duck @ Jul 18 2006, 11:22 PM wrote: Not likely. Al's never done an autobiographical song before, unless you count OMM (hmmm, maybe "White and Nerdy" is meant to be autobiographical?). And he never references himself by name in song, with the exception of the theme song to his TV show, which doesn't really count.
