sounds like something that should be on the Non-Al list......''what if god smoked cannabis'', ''grandma's a porn star'', ''orgy on my own''....fits right in there
The tsunami of immediacy will wash away the flood of grief, and reveal a layer of naive optimism underneath

 Except that Orgy on My Own was written by Al.

Ha! Yours is good too, Terri! I was going to use Barry Cohen instead of Jay Levey, but I couldn't find a picture of him.

Nope. According to imdb.com, Dougary Grant played Barry (as Michael Porter?)

Al vs. Al...?

It was to come out, but movie company politics held it up

PWJ, Ryan speaks the truth. Al did indeed write "Orgy on My Own". I like the term "parody padawan". It just means he was young. ;)

Mystik, love your movie idea! Stupid movie company politics! <_<

It's kinda of an old school vs. new school Al thing.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Ayup. Al wrote "Orgy On My Own" but I don't know of anyone (except Al) who knows the lyrics and something tells me Al doesn't mind that being an extremely rare piece of knowledge. :P

Embarrassing juvenilia... it's a rite of passage.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.
