The thing is I don't think it is Amazon doing it but rather its customers. You can submit information to any release on Amazon's site, and evidently someone saw both the picture (originally cribbed from Weirdal.com) and the release date (originally announced under a bit of skepticism on another retailer's site) posted on TVShowsonDVD and decided to upload it up onto Amazon's product page.Microwaved_Head @ Apr 14 2006, 04:41 PM wrote: It seems weird to me that amazon announced the release date before the company that are actually releasing it!
It's comforting to know not only that, but also that DVD sites can stop stealing the image from Weirdal.com.Kevbo1987 @ Apr 17 2006, 11:30 AM wrote: I agree that it would be nice to get some sort of official announcement from Shout! Factory, just because it's comforting to know that everything is set in stone.
Oh, for crying out loud! It's NOT STEALING!CatraDhtem @ Apr 17 2006, 10:46 AM wrote: It's comforting to know not only that, but also that DVD sites can stop stealing the image from Weirdal.com.
