I wouldn't be surprised if Al was a fan (after all, he's a big Simpsons fan and Family Guy is a complete knockoff of the Simpsons). But he hasn't appeared on Family Guy as of yet.

I don't know about that. as anth said, Family Guy is basically a knock off of The Simpsons...Al appeared on The Simpsons...why not Family Guy? But he hasn't been on Family Guy yet.
