Are there any times you've felt embarrassed because you're well known as a Weird Al fan, but you lacked the knowledge of a fundamental fact? Someone else knew something that you didn't?
Cane and Rinse: weekly thoughtful video game discussion. Give it a listen, won't you?

I totally missed the Sumo/Grape reference in the Rock Hall topic. I'm not sure I totally get it at this point, but I do vaguely remember something about Sumos and Grapes on the Secret File from RWS.
Oh, and another duh
moment? When I saw Al last summer, I had him sign September in the Alendar. For his... birthday.
Luckily, I didn't tell him that, so he didn't think I was totally ignorant. I now just pretend that it's because met him the first time in Sept.
Oh, and another duh

The sumo/grape thing is from There's No Going Home. Al orders room service, and one of his requests is for a sumo wrestler who sings show tunes while shooting grapes out of his belly button.
I just love watching the guys catching grapes in their mouths.
Well, the misheard lyrics come to mind for me. On the song "Isle Thing", there is a line that I was WAY off on. This is so embarassing
The real line: "I saw her eyes, she was hypnotized, cold-glued to her tv"
What it sounded like to me: "I saw her eyes, she was hypnotized, cold Buddha Hercules"
And I would sing it that way out loud! Thankfully, no one ever heard me.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

But I still sing "Cold Buddha Hercules" becasue I think it's funnier.

And thankfully no one ever hears me sing out loud either.
