It says on the Mothership's Parodies and Polkas section that the original was "Who's Johnny?" by El DeBarge. I've never heard of it, either because I'm way too young to or because it never was very popular, but I just did it because it was one I hadn't done yet. But, yeah, to answer your question, the song was a parody :peace:
