Tell Rhino you want "The Weird Al Show"

Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

Yeah, too bad Jay isn't involved in promoting Al or anything. Hey, wait...

So, is there an address we can mail if we want ALTV on DVD?

Just in case there's any confusion, this thread is about "The Weird Al Show," the short-lived Saturday morning series that aired on CBS from September 1997 to September 1998. It is for that show that the Dick Clark address is posted.

As far as "Al-TV," the series of perennial specials in which Al jams the signals of the cable music networks to show the videos that he wants to see, I'm not sure who exactly owns what, as now Al, MTV, VH1, and the owners of the clips featured in the shows may all have individual claims on it. I believe we had a thread about "Al-TV" DVD releases a while ago, but I'm not positive.

With Al-TV, since the rights situation would be outrageous, I think they should go with a best-of from all the past specials. Then when they negotiate all future ones, they should include a stipulation about a DVD release.

But I wouldn't mind having every complete Al-TV released.

I would definitely go for an Al-TV DVD, since the only interviews I've seen are the ones shown at the PH tour concerts. (Which were hilarious, by the way!)

What's the name of his other leg?
