Just listened to the 2nd interview. Now I thought that he said when Donny and Marie asked him if he was funny all the time, he said, "Not when Im SLEEPING!" Apparently he has gotten funnier since he got married. And that was the 2nd interview where he said he lives at 924 Westmont. Is it true? Who knows? Must resist the impulse to go to Calfornia. Well I guess Ill see Scotti there.

hehe, he used to live on Sunset, a long time ago. I don't know if that address he gave out is real or not. I'm guessing not.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

CPFOA is on Sunset Blvd, but Al lives in an undisclosed location somewhere in the Hollywood Hills. The Westmont address is listed as Al's address on a couple celebrity address sites, but I highly doubt its validity.
This means something. This is important.

I think he always says that, though, when asked about what's he working on. It's a good, nonspecific answer that can be used any time. I mean, by just sitting on a bus and thinking he technically could be "working" on a new song.

That Maine interview was pretty good. And I sure don't see anything wrong with asking about his parents in the context of early accordion lessons... that's pertinent to his career, and it's not as though Nick and Mary are a shameful, forbidden topic. It's just the trying to get radio-entertainment mileage out of his bereavement that I REALLY REALLY object to. And they didn't go there. Thanks, guys! :)

Good news, no stalkers... I guess we've been successful in getting out the word about the roving packs of attack poodles in the Yankovic shrubbery. :P

But what's with that about making everybody laugh in bed? Suzanne and Nina I can understand, but what does a laughing poodle sound like?

I admit, I looked at the Westmount address on Mapquest. It's certainly not his current address (no of course not, that would be stupid!) but it's in between Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd., which sort of fits the criteria for his first apartment with the Murphy bed, "right off Sunset." So that might be it.

But yeah, a nice interview. I think they did like him.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

I imagine poodles wouldn't have a very good sense of humor...they usually seem a bit uppity to me.

That's a very good point. If that is the case, I'm still happy to hear that he's even thinking about a new song. It at least indicates a small shred of progress.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

Well sure I'm at 71.23%, but I'm not over yet. I will have to delete it soon, though. Try again mewrio and if it still doesn't work I'll upload it to scottidog.com tomorrow.
