Hmm, that is quite a coincidence. I like Aron's drawing, but it is very similar to that unknown artist's drawing. hmmm.

I've never seen that one before. I actually don't look at the fan art very much. Last time I remember was when someone sent in J. Axer's toon and it was accidentally listed under the person who sent it in's name instead of the artist Axer (I have the shirt from toonshirts and I'm like "hmmm... yeah, thats Axer's" . Yeah... I don't look at art because I don't want anything that's in my head to be tainted by what I see. It's kinda like how the people that screen Al's mail burn/shred/feed to baby dinosaurs all the lyrics/ideas/concepts that people send in.

I seriously feel awful knowing I now look like a complete rip off. For crying out loud, the facial expression, Yoda, the FLYING ACCORDION. Man, I suck. I'll take it out of my deviant gallery immediately.

*hits self in head with fry pan and rips up sketchbook*

back to the drawing board.

No, it's a coincidence but I'm embarassed to no end by it. It's stupid and I feel that way because of how freakishly similar it is.

I'm ashamed that I wasn't able to come up with a more original concept. It's clear that it's been done and it was done with an extreme level of care and detail, it warrants me to just start on something else.

Would someone like to screen the stuff I draw and double check the fan art so I don't make a complete fool out of myself again? I don't wanna look at the fan art but I also don't want to post something or a concept thats already been done.

No, no, no. It's just a freakish coincidence. I like the direction you were going with yours. More of a fun cartoony feel. Don't trash it.
