Well after the Al Toon, I said I'd do a Jedi toon of Al and I ended up doing this.

I'm really happy with it. I have no scanner yet so this is just a really lousy photo of the pencil.

There will be a lot of cleaning up. I'm not totally sure about the hair and the hand in the background so that might change.

I had another pose in mind but I realized I didn't have enough room on the paper for it.

The Accordion is sort of a 'Star Wars' accordion. It's somewhat based of references, somewhat made up. Don't ask how the whole thing works... I'm still unsure myself, hehe. It's slung over a shoulder like a messenger bag, and it's closed.

I'm still up for suggestions when I finally DO color this-- for the Lightsaber. I mentioned a hawaiian print lightsaber but thats questionable.

Toss ideas up here: What color would Al's lightsaber be?

Again... it's just a photo of a pencil and it's terribly messy.

The whole color scheme will be determined by the lightsaber because the Jedi Garb is a very Earthy palette of colors. If there is a background, It will have to make the Lightsaber work.

I might make some simple shapes in the background to give it depth.

Very cool. I still say, make the saber blue....or maybe green....that could be nice too... :)

That is very cool, Aron!
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Oh, cool! I say the lighsaber should be day glow green... And you know what Al should be cutting with it? A KIWI!

Sorry about that; I just recently watched The Compleat Al again, and my brain seems to have been affected. I still say green, though.
