Themagic#27, just because Al said La Toya was a better singer than Fantasia does not mean anyone paid him to say that. He'd been rooting for La Toya all along. Fantasia is better in your mind, but I don't think everyone agrees with you on that. I liked his comments this week. I also went and listened to the sound clips. La Toya sounded pretty darn good to me!

I agree. I think Al just made a opinion. Now I can't say that I agree or disagree, cause I don't watch this show. But yeah I dont think anyone paid him.

I don't watch, either, but if you go to the USA Today page, there is a place where you can listen to part of each contestant's performance from that show. That's how I can make a somewhat informed decision.

Yeah, I think we all know that Al would never let anybody control his opinion. Such as him turning down that one beer commercial, because he didn't think it was right. I know that's two different worlds, but it's still the same principle. Now I for one don't watch the show, so I can't really say either, but Al has as much of a right to his opinion, as much, as you do!

Uh...no they didn't. I agree with him completely. I think Fantasia is bad, personally. Yes, she can hit all the right notes, but I think her voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard. It's very unpleasant, in my opinion. Go Diana!

Amen to that! UGH! I've never seen what the big deal is about FantasiA as Simon would say.
