Yeah. I only saw the screen captures, and read the transcript, but, yeah. Ugh.

I don't think so. She really didn't ask a whole lot of questions. She was really unprepared, as Dave said. Not the best interviewer in the world. And she sat on Al! That's not right!

I actually have an original videotape of that particular Roseanne show. Yes, from the SHOW! I hadn't looked at it in a while though. Maybe someday soon I'll get in transferred onto DV and digitize it so I can make a few screen caps of my own [yes, right after I finish my concert story ... yes, yes, I know, Scotti, I know ...

].

I did find courtesy of the Internet Archive that page that everyone is mentioning that had the MP3 and the screen captures. The pics and the MP3 are not there, and what little is there is not that useful, but ... well ... here it is anyway.

It's weird, inappropriate, and... well, odd.
Then again, this is the woman who sang the national anthem a few years back. Horribly, I hear. I was... either 0 or not born yet (It WAS 1992, right?).

Anyway I agree it was kind of odd that she asked that question. But I thought the rest of the show was ok. I dont know if Al enjoyed being layed on. But at least he didn't take it seriously.

I think she was implying a death threat to Al!!!!!!!!!! AHHH! RUN! ROSEANNE! ON THE LOOSE! AL GET OUT OF THERE! Who was that crazy man who booked Al on that show?! It's dangerous to his health!
