Orthography Enthusiast posted a link to this article about Al's years at Cal Poly, in anticipation of his show there next week. It's a really great read for any long time fans, as it shares some new details about Al's college experience including some rather frank and surprising revelations about exactly how it was Al got the Weird moniker bestowed upon him.
Seeing as the author of this article, Brent Lowrey, has joined the forum, I figured the article warranted its own topic, partly in case anyone has questions for Brent and partly just so more people know it exists.
