Well, according to the official website, Weird Al has never toured any part of Hawaii yet.

I don't know any WOWAY'ers from Hawaii, but I DO know tons of people out here like Weird Al's music. I don't know why the venues here haven't thought of it before either...My goal here is for people to help me get Weird Al out to the Hawaiin islands for some concerts. If you have any ideas on how to get him here, post!

Pay him enough money to make it worth his while.

Well, you can try to find out who is the big concert promoter in your area. Sometimes they're mentioned in newspaper ads for concerts (as in "Somethingorother Productions present an evening with Mandy Patinkin"), sometimes they're listed on concert tickets, or you might just want to call up a radio station or concert venue around you and ask.
The only problem is that concert promoters are becoming these big nationwide conglomerates almost like, say, Clear Channel is for radio stations, so you might very well be directed to some place in L.A. or even New York.
Since promotion companies are running businesses, it shouldn't be too hard to get a hold of their phone numbers. The first person you'll speak to will probably be a receptionist, so try not to come off as too much of a "fan." Try to get by with just a "I have a question about concert booking." If the person on the phone asks you to elaborate, you can explain that Al is touring this summer and that you're trying to find out if this company is going to book him anywhere in the area.
If you are lucky enough to talk to someone "real" to make your request, just explain that Al has a big fanbase in Hawaii, that some of his band members have done solo albums based on Hawaiian music, and be sure to mention that the first Weird Al show ever in Hawaii would be a big advertising coup for a concert promoter.
And of course, mention that Al is represented by Paradise Artists and can be booked online through their web site.

Can I have a ride in your autogyro? That is, as long as it's not a sandwich.

I know this thread has invaded my dreams. I had to dream about Hawaii last night with finding it on the map. Though, for some reason it was near the Amazon.

Not to mention, Al did a little tune about Hawaii in it. Very odd.

Near the Amazon? ooookay, I think I can interpret this one.
It's a sign that as part of your own personal preparation for the release of Poodle Hat, you need to go to amazon.com and order Jim West's Coconut Hat, which is Hawaiian music and has nothing to do with Poodle Hat except that they have a guitarist in common and the word "hat" in the title.
Not exactly the interpretation Dr. Freud would have come up with, perhaps, but then Dr. Freud didn't know about amazon.com.

Or Weird Al fandom.
