World of Weird Al Yankovic

Looks like Al is going back to college!

Doubt I'm going to be able to go to this show, although, I would love to see San Luis Obispo sometime. I'm sure there's all kinda of neat, historic Al places to see there.

WeirdAl Presale starts on Tuesday at 10AM.

So far this is the only SoCal date but at least I know what week to keep clear. Hopefully there will be more.

Tickets are a face of $59, at least for the Pit and first part of Orchestra.

It would be awesome if there actually was a pit at one of the shows, anywhere. Um, does pit mean its standing area, like GA standing area, where anything could happen? Or they are just seats in the pit area.

Just seats in the Pit area. I've loved Al's shows where there's actually been a Pit. We had standing Pit tickets for Pittsburgh, although it's definitely not the same at a Weird Al show as at other rock shows.

Yeah, I guess people would get pretty mad if you walked in front of them.

And really, what could be more appropriate? Except maybe grandstand seats in Grand Prairie? If Grand Prairie had been an outdoor show, of course.

Aw, I thought that you were planning on going Jon. If this wasn't during the week and/or only a separated date, I would have probably flew out for this. I really would like to see SLO someday.
