World of Weird Al Yankovic

Pre-sale tickets went on sale this morning.

I want to go sooooo bad, but I wasn't sure about it since it collides so much with the other shows I want to go to. (That's a lot of driving for me, haha) If at the last minute I decide not to go to the Houston show I'll be there.

I wonder if there will be a taping of this as well...

Posting again to clarify that I just bought some presale tickets (thanks to my presence at Fun Fun Fun Fest last year) and I'll be in the balcony unless I cave and sell them. I decided purposefully to pick balcony seats because they were the cheapest price range and didn't want to spend the extra money for this one.

Plus, I figure that if I ever have trouble spotting Al, they'll probably have some big screens on the side with cameras that follow Al and the band. (Since they're known for taping all their concerts)

I'm not sure if the venue always tapes each performance. I think they handle the tickets for the tapings a little bit differently, but I could be wrong.

This will be my birthday, and I'm totally going to this show. It's a Saturday so it should be okay.
I wonder if Al will have a chicken hat.

haha, alright! Should be able to get there when the doors open, depending on when we leave the house. It's about a three and a quarter hour drive from our house so I'm wanting to leave around 4:30 probably.

Even though we're gonna be in a ridiculous balcony area, I'll definitely see if we can walk around the floor beforehand and check things out/see people.
