Euro Gals beg your indulgence Please....



It's getting increasingly frustrating and distressing for us on WOWAY at the moment with all the tour talk occurring.
We decided that we HAVE to find some way to participate and get some enjoyment somehow, or we will go stark raving mad. We wondered...( if we asked ever so nicely) if all our WOWAY friends would consider doing something for their Al-deprived comrades overseas when they go to their concerts?

We wondered if we could give you a bit of a challenge?..

This is the idea. We would like you to take with you a small placard (Patti gave us this idea) saying something like

"Wish you were here Raquel and Louise!!"


..............and attempt to get it in the shot when you get your photos taken with Al?

Maybe if youre really brave you could explain to Al that we are so desperate to be there.... but being in Europe SUCKS if you are a Weird Al fan (it REALLY does) and maybe he would take pity and do us a couple of autographs ? You could maybe print off our MySpace pictures to stick on the placard so he knows who we are?

I know its a lot to ask, but, on the other hand, it might be a good conversation opener if you are stuck for words? We kind of hope that Al remembers that he had planned to come here but didn't after all, and also hope he could spare moment for us pining away over here all Al-less and miserable...
If you think this might be a fun thing to try to do we really would be very grateful.

I really hope others will come on board too. If there is a good take-up, I have a proto idea for fundraising for my local Special Needs school based on sponsorship for each time we can get a photo of our placard (also inspired by Patti)

They wanted to come to Europe last year , but of the 6 gigs only 3 wanted to contract him . So they cancelled the European leg , due to that fact .
