About time he came back to NYC, it's been 7 years since he played there. I might try to get tickets if I get the money!

I REALLY wanted to see Al at the Beacon Theatre. It's a beautiful venue and it's in Manhattan. Airfares from here are $300 and I'll be seeing him in Milwaukee a week later. grumble, grumble
Bermuda told me at the OC Fair they were looking into a Sep 20 gig in NYC. The Beacon Theatre actually was not their first choice.

Oh man... I wanna make this one, work be damned. If the time of the show isn't like 7pm, I might have to try and sneak out early for it. I've been missing too many that I normally wouldn't.

WooHoo! I'll be there with my husband and daughter (Karla's a grad student at NYU, and she hasn't seen a SOL tour concert yet).

I still need to take the 21st off for Foxwoods!
Yes, count me in. Hopefully my charms for getting out of work early still hold. Now to figure out the most make sense way to pull off the whole commute in....

I am so excited!!! Finally something I can get to easily!!! My friend used to work right across the street from backstage at the bEacon, but her job ended yesterday.
Anyway, I'm so excited, and I can't wait!!!
