Saw this listed over at the Yank Blog.

THE WEIRDEST Y-ROCK RADIO TAKEOVER YET - THIS FRIDAY WITH WEIRD AL!
Straight outta Lynnwood and onto XPN, "Weird Al" Yankovic sits down with fellow "white & nerdy" guy Joey O. this Friday night before taking over the radio station. The premier music parodist picked almost two hours worth of music and it all starts at 8pm this Friday, May 18th. Tune in at 88.5 XPN, 88.5 HD-2 and online at YRockonXPN.org. And listen to Y-Rock all week long for chances to win tickets for Weird Al's August 15th show at the Keswick Theater before they become available this Thursday!

The website is http://www.yrockonxpn.org/ and you can listen online. I won't be able to listen, but hopefully it's enough heads up for others to listen, and hopefully, record it.

Ill try and set up a recording of it. I'll have to run it through my computer though since Ill be sleeping on account of work the next morning.

Ok, I have it all set up and ready to record, although it may be kind of staticy, I'll see if I can find one of my audio extensions to run from my stereo with the good antenna, otherwise I have to use my boombox. Thats right, I said it, boombox.

I got this recorded on my computer, with good quality so far! It's great to hear Al, he doesn't seem to be his wacky self, he seems very relaxed. Even more so that he is with Dr Demento, and he should be the most comfortable with him. So if anyone can pm me on how to compress to mp3, I will gladly start to make cd copies for people. I'd offer a download, but I'm all about the dial up.
