Lucky them! :Y

I was utterly surprised to see that during the "Girls Next Door" Halloween party episode (for those living under a rock -- and blessedly so -- it's a television show which follows Hugh Hefner's three blonde girlfriends around more or less all day every day) there was a familiar face or two!

After the video of Paris and Nicole Hilton and a string of other celebs, there was a quick shot of Al and Suzanne coming through the door.

Al was dressed as a large can of Spam. Suzanne was in something big and red and cylindrical, but was already close enough to the camera that we could only see her face, not the specifics of the costume. Maybe ketchup? I dunno...

I guess when your album hits number 10, you get an invitation to the Playboy Mansion.

It's dated October 31, 2006, so it seems to have been this year.

Anyone have further info or insight?

I'm pretty sure that was last year. This year, they took Nina out trick or treating. There are some cute pics on Suzanne's myspace. I remember a lot of discussion last year about how gray Suzanne was. (Someone had found a pic online) Most people thought it was great that she embraced her gray hair. Anyway, yeah, that was last year.

Maybe the party was the weekend before? And then they just dated it as the actual holiday for the show?? I know a lot of Halloween parties were, around where I live.

Hehe. Campbell's Tomato Soup and Spam. A nod both to Andy Warhol and Monty Python. Although there are some rumors that Andy Warhol was originally thinking of using Spam (instead of Campbell's soup) as his cultural statement artwork.

Nicely done. Wonder if Suzanne made the costumes? I don't think you can get them straight off the rack.

Maybe she made them, but Al certainly knows some talented wardrobe designers from whom he & Suzanne could have commissioned the canned food product of their choice, custom-fitted.

It's also not the first time they've been (or Al at least). There was a picture of him that I saw in a Playboy from a few years back. I believe it was New Years 2002.
