derailroaded

Al does some commentary about Wild Man Fischer in this documentary, check out the trailer and youll see him in a quick bit. Also youll see Barnes and Barnes and my idol Zappa.

Extensive archival footage from Fischer’s early days, including his TV and club performances, trace his life from neglected child to tortured genius. We visit him at home, follow him on the streets, and speak with those who over the years witnessed – and survived – his erratic behavior: his family, his doctor, and industry professionals (including Frank and Gail Zappa, Weird Al Yankovic, Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh, Solomon Burke, Dr. Demento, and Billy Mumy). You will be moved, amazed, repelled, and ultimately come to know what it is like to be profoundly DERAILROADED

That is interesting. And if I had to guess, I'd guess that Al's commentary for Derailroaded will be more like what he did on Billy Barty's bio than, say, his contributions to one of those VH1 "best of" things. I can't imagine Al making fun of a schizophrenic.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

That is interesting. It's nice to see Al in a trailer and commenting on stuff. Though, I was wondering why Al was in the ball pit too. This will be interesting to check out.

Al took Nina to Chuck E. Cheese!!!

(Just for the ball pit, of course, not the cheese....and not for the "rockin'" band)

Kids dig the band when they aren't going wild in the ball pit.

Al and Nina were probably trying to hide from the big scary rodent. That's what I always do. Chuck scares me. Of course you are talking to a person who is afraid of clowns and maniquins. :S
