I think at least 1 of the elves should be Weird Al, Santa could be Jack Nicholsin(Sp?) and um...that's it...

lol....i would love to see Smeagol/Gollum play an elf. i can just imagine Smeagol/Gollum saying,

I think Victoria Jackson would make a good Mrs. Claus.
