VH1 has a new show called (correct me if I'm wrong) True Spin. Basically, artists explain the meaning behind their songs (usually mysterious or wacky ones).

It's extremely slim Al will be featured, but if you could choose one song Al could explain the meaning of... which one would it be?

Discuss.

And if this topic has been done before... sorry, but I've been gone for a while, and it looked like nothing else like this was created.

The Yoda Chant. But you know they'd drag out the whole Amish Paradise/Coolio thing. With a little MM/CP for extra controversy.

OMM would be easy...while he was writing the songs for that album, his girlfriend dumped him. So of course he wrote a song about it. That's the story I heard, anyway. It was either an interview or Ask Al. The picture he tears up in the video is supposed to be her.

Most of Al's music is pretty self explanatory - it's not supposed to make sense.

Maybe DTBS would be interesting.....

I'd like to hear Al try to explain Albuquerque!

I would like Al to explain Wanna B Ur Luvr in a little bit more detail. I would like to know if is was one of those songs that kinda just popped into Al's head, or if he had Suzanne at least a little bit in his mind when he wrote it.

He explained that WBUL is because people thought that if he had a daughter, his work would become childish. Proved them wrong!

Oh, and I know about OMM about the girlfriend. I'm talking specifics, like who is the girl...
