HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION: We all know the new Al album hasn't even been recorded yet, right? Suppose one of the users of this newsgroup had the ability to travel through time. Now suppose this user travelled ahead in time to, say, January 2003 (the new album oughta be out by then) and purchased the new album in a record store. Now suppose this user traveled back to the present time and created a website which featured the cover art, liner notes, etc. and downloads of each and every song on the new album, despite it

having not been recorded yet. What do you think would happen?

Even better, suppose the afforementioned user had puchased multiple copies of the new album in the future, and upon returning to the present posted them for sale on e-bay...

well then he would ruin it for everyone else who, although we want the album, the anticipation of it coming is also a big thrill, so then he would kinda be a jerk, and i would have to yell at him (or her, gotta be pc)
