What's this > Weird Al Yankovic -I can't dance by Genesis

I recently found something on the internet. It's a videoclip of Genesis - I can't dance but it has Weird Al inside it.
Does anybody know where this came from.
I'm 127% sure it's Weird Al.

If that is Al, perhaps it's from Off the Deep End AlTV? That would be about the same time, I think, and that video (Which is damn funny, btw) would've been a very easy target.
That's my guess. Don't hold me to it.

Correct you are, Spacedingo! That's from the 1992 ALTV. Back then, Al used to take popular videos and place himself into them almost seamlessly. The I Can't Dance video was one of my favorites that Al messed with. Wow. I haven't watched that ALTV in A LONG time, I should really watch it sometime.
