i have a question. do people normally stand up and sing along at al shows?? because i've only been to 3 other shows (weezer, weezer, green day) with seats and most people stood up and sang along, but i was just wondering what to to at an al concert.

It's been my experience that unless there are no seats (such as a General Admission lawn type setting), people generally sit through Al concerts. Sometimes during the jam session at the end of Fat people will stand up encouraging an encore, and sometimes they will remain standing through the encore, but really it just varies from concert to concert.
I'm sure you'll have an awesome time either way, don't forget to come back here and tell us all about your first Al concert experience!!

It had over 150,000 miles on it, and the heater core died in it right before winter. Oh, and I started a "real" job where I have to look professional. *humph*... so I traded it in *sob*, though I left all the Al stuff on it! I can just imagine the auctioneer's face.....
