Does anyone know if AL-TV will get replayed again?

I missed it everytime and it looks like they're not replaying it anymore! Boo. Or does anyone have like an extra copy on tape or burned on DVD? I would greatly appreciate it! I can pay you if I have to. Thanks again in advance!

If VCR tapes are OK with you, just send me your address, and I'll be happy to send a copy to you. I have already watched it so many times, I've lost count. It is priceless!

Same goes for anyone else. :)

P. S. According to VH1, it will be shown again on 7-18 at 2:00 & 10:00.

Check your own local area. Even though they show indicate the shows are

EST, here on the west coast it shows at exactly the same time, without a

3 hour difference. (I learned that the hard way.)

At times like these, I wish I had a second VCR to make copies for fans.

Well, at least I have a friend who has two VCRs who lets me make copies that way. I just don't want to do it too much at their house.

If VCR tapes are OK with you, just send me your address, and a blank tape and maybe a little bit of postage and I'll be happy to send a copy to you.

Maybe I'm just not familiar with how Al-sharing is done, but that seemed like an over-the-top generous offer. :yell:

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've always done it this way. My philosophy is part don't sweat the small stuff and part pay it forward. People have done favors for me, so I do favors for someone else.

Besides, it costs me about the same as a cup of Starbucks coffee to send someone a video tape, and I would certainly be willing to buy a cup of coffee for a fellow Al fan. It's really no big deal.

Exchanges of photo albums, tapes, t-shirts, al related jewelry, spatulas, artwork and other stuff is not at all abnormal in the Al-world. We're all friends here, and you share things with your friends, right?

Besides, in case you haven't guessed... over-the-top is actually my middle name. :lookround:

What a sweet-spirited way of handling it. I still find myself hoping that 20 or 30 people don't take you up on your offer. The scale and the reciprocity (the both-directions exchange) part of it can both get out of hand via internet.

Well, thank you kindly, but we Yankheads have an obligation to spread joy and happiness where ever we go. Didn't you read that in the fine print when you signed up for this forum? :) I think it was on page 27 of Conditions, Covenants and Responsibilities.

I've never had more than a handful of people want tapes. Hah! It's about the same number of people who voted for me for class president in the 6th grade. :)

Wait.... was that right before the part about not using the Jacuzzi (the medium-sized one) after 10 pm? If so, then yes. How much longer can I go on not spreading joy and happiness before they throw me out? Or can I count giving Scotti a tour of parts of Los Angeles that make the tourist board turn pale and change the subject?
