Is the name of the tour "The Poodle Tour" or "The Poodle HAT Tour"? weirdal.com says Poodle Hat, but the navy pier website says Poodle Tour. Now that I think about it, I should go with what wa.com says. Does anyone elses venue say this?

Venue web sites and tickets are rarely good resources for any information. It's not uncommon for a venue to spell Al's name wrong, to spell song titles wrong, or to refer to Al as a leading country-western artist.

You mean he's not? :dontgetit:
--OE, thinking that Al's probably not going to be playing Branson any time soon.

Although it would probably be easier on his family life.

Luckily, I've yet been to a concert where they misspelled his name on the ticket.

So far, in addition to "Weird Al" Yankovic, I've also seen "Weird Al" Yankovich and "Wierd Al" Jankovich perform live, among one or two others that aren't coming to my fever-ridden mind right now.

And the fans didn't swarm the box office demanding they change it tout suite?

I'm still amazed at this one venue that advertised him in the paper as "Weird All" (and this was a big photograph-accompanying ad, not just some little concert listing). Things like that you just have to save for a laugh.
