Looking forward to this.
I wasn't considering this part of the book signing tour (and thus a book signing event), but it is on the list of signing events on his site... since I wasn't sure, I gave them a call, and he will indeed be signing after the interview. They indicated that they would be selling books on site as well (wasn't sure about that since its not really a book store).

That's the way that Tulsa played out. They had books sponsored by Steve's Sundry. Interestingly enough, the bookstore that sponsored Al's book signing, was scheduled to close by the end of the year.
But, yeah, after the movie screening and Q&A, Al went to the signing table for all who purchased a book.

I'm working on a more formal review as I have some free time this weekend, but I just wanted to say how very awesome this event was, and Dave Itzkoff was the perfect interviewer and moderator. While most of the questions were the typical run of the mill ones, there were a few gems in there and I learned a few things I never knew before. Al was very comfortable on stage fielding questions and the atmosphere was laid back and casual and it was as if they were just hanging out talking one-on-one. I'm very glad that I went.
