Another factor is that Al may have development-deals-that-must-not-be-mentioned-for-fear-of-jinxing in the works for TV or movies or suchlike, and if something like that pans out, he probably won't tour while he's working on the DTMNBMFFOJ.

DTMNBMFFOJ.
That's a heck of an abbreviation, OE
When I said we don't know if there'll be a 2008 tour, I was just pointing out that we can't assume this tour is over yet, because Al hasn't said one way or another.
8 months away from home is longer than I'd want to be.

I didn't say any particular person was complaining... I'm just hearing it a lot lately from various places.

LOL Driew.
I guess I haven't really noticed anyone complaining about the tour not being longer. I just kind of wish there had been more than one indiana date, but I'm certainly happy with the two I was able to see.... and meeting Al at Kettering.

I don't really think anyone's complaining...but the title of this thing is somewhat misleading (Trouble In Yankoville?)!!! I think that is a tad close to complaining or even slightly.....unneccesary.
I guess I would kinda like to see Al do a few more shows...I was hoping he was going to make it over to Hawaii on his way over to Austrailia area, but oh well! I'd actually be happier to have him going back into the studio next summer. That'd be cool!

Is this topic even necessary? It feels like a continued "2007 Straight Outta Lynwood Tour" thread seeing how this was already being discussed over there.

Yeah, plus all this does, and not offense, but starts people saying, "I hope he does a second leg so he can play in (insert city/state name here)." If Al does a second leg, great, if not, that's still great.

We should just have a mod merge this with the 2007 SOL Tour topic.
