;A;!!!!!!!!!!! CUUUUUUUUUUTE CUTECUTE aga;jf;]hfjsadklfja HOW SWEEET!

He seems to have a love for animals far beyond the family poodle(s) and Wonder Hamsters!! That's so adorable!

Star, you and your sister are sharing such sweet stories and so much Al love,
it's what I've always wanted to see here on WOWAY!! Girls like me getting all emotional and just being open about it!

Before I joined, I lurked a loooong time, mostly - like you girls - hanging out on the Drool Topics and spending ages going through ALL of them.
This is how the 'Al' folder on my computer got built... :F
So many awesome pictures and amazing fan stories, and fan wishes as well!

Among the best experiences I had when reading through the Drool topics, giggling at the craziness and feeling relief that I wasn't the only one who felt that way about him, was reading posts by a Ms. Karen Hatch-Taylor (kaztaylor), who was the 100% open, honest, passionate Yankochick I always wanted to be.
Her adoration for him SHONE, and shone through her poetry she wrote so often. I loved how she was not afraid to admit that some of her spicier ones were inspired by Al himself and how she felt about him, and I identified strongly with that as he has a similar effect on me. He makes me feel like writing and poem-ing and just dumping creativity out in any way I can, 'cause like the diarrhea that love can NOT be held in. XDDD Some of her posts cracked me up SO bad omggg.
So, in turn, she made ME unafraid, and I joined WOWAY and started cautiously expressing the fangirly feels.
I will NEVER forget her! God bless her soul. <3

Thank You ever so much, Janna. Your enthusiasm and the pure joy you exude make me feel the most comfortable here. If not for your wonderful additions to the forum, I might not have been an Al fan at all! Your “Running With Chibis" drawing led me to start listening to Al's music, as I was a fan of your art prior to discovering you were a Yankochick. You are a living example of how Al has one of the most wonderful fan bases of all. Thank you for being so kind and so bright.

Image Jackie...

I had NO idea you ever even saw my artwork before, especially the little Al chibis that litter my college notebooks!!!
Just goes to show how this fanbase is full of surprises, as is life!! ;u; Thank you so very much, I had no idea I had such an influence on you!!!

Running With Chibis was so much fun to draw! This was a result of long nights studying literature, while listening to - you guessed it -
Running With Scissors. I never had a copy of my own until two years ago, but I somehow have a lot of memories that involve it.

The songs remind me of who I was around the time the album came out.
Ironic, though, considering I was just a little kid who had a verrry tiny grasp on who Al was.

But two things were a constant--
A) I was drawing back then, and I still am now! And:
B) I still think Al is so cool!! ;w;

Your deviantart was a place I visited often before I stumbled upon the forum. You could imagine my surprise to find that you were here, too!
